Tiffani Purdy, LLC Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as by accepting any quotation provided, and therefore hiring Tiffani Purdy and/or Tiffani Purdy, LLC, it is deemed that the client has read and agreed to our terms and conditions as outlined below.
- ‘Tiffani Purdy’ means Tiffani Purdy of Tiffani Purdy, LLC
- ‘Client’ means a person/s or company who engages Tiffani Purdy for business consultation & related services
- ‘Quotation’ means the cost quotation for services provided to the client in writing by Tiffani Purdy, LLC
- ‘Contract’ means the scope and purpose of the client’s needed business consulting services as described in the quotation
- ‘Service’ and ‘services’ means the service/s to be provided to the client by Tiffani Purdy, LLC, as described and otherwise further defined in the quotation
- ‘Deliverables’ means the end product/s to be delivered by Tiffani Purdy, LLC to the client, in the form and media specified in the quotation
All Quotations provided by Tiffani Purdy, LLC are free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotations that are not accepted within the time identified may be subject to amendment. All quotes are priced in American Dollars.
3. Invoices & Payment
An invoice will be issued to the client on the agreed upon contracted basis by Tiffani Purdy, LLC. All invoices are payable within 7 calendar days of date of issue, unless otherwise agreed. Week 1 of services will begin the week after the Client pays the first Invoice from Tiffani Purdy, LLC. The client is responsible for all debt collection fees, legal fees, and court fees that may be incurred as a result of the client’s failure to pay invoices within 7 calendar days of date of issue.
All courses, masterclasses, and other miscellaneous digital content is purchased with the understanding that you (the Client) are receiving no personal coaching from Tiffani Purdy, LLC. No refunds will be given for this type of content unless otherwise explicitly specified.
For one-on-one coaching clients: If you’re just not feeling like things are working out between us, please let me know WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS of our first session, and you will receive a full refund – minus the non-refundable deposit & fee for services already rendered ($555). You are welcome to keep any assets you’ve received during our time working together so far as my parting gift to you; no hard feelings!
All sessions will be booked all at once when payment in full is received.
4. Confidential Information
Tiffani Purdy, LLC and the Client both acknowledge that during business dealings they may receive certain confidential information and materials of the other party. Each party, including its agents and employees, agrees to hold and maintain in strict confidence all confidential Information, shall not disclose confidential Information to any third party (unless included in the contract as a subconsultant), and shall not use any confidential Information except as may be necessary to perform its obligations under the Quotation, and as may be required by a court or governmental authority. Confidential Information does not include any information that is in the public domain or becomes publicly known through no fault of the receiving party, or is otherwise properly received from a third party without an obligation of confidentiality.
5. Time & Scheduling
In contracts wherein the Client is allotted time with Tiffani Purdy, LLC for one-on-one meetings, the Client is required to give at least 24-hours notice for re-scheduling, or the meeting is forfeited for that particular week. This stipulation is subject to the judgment of Tiffani Purdy, LLC and exceptions may be made in the event of an emergency at the discretion of Tiffani Purdy, LLC.
6. Incomplete & Cancelled Contracts
In the event that the Client wants to terminate a coaching contract with Tiffani Purdy, LLC, all future scheduled coaching sessions are canceled immediately, and the Client will have access revoked to any exclusive materials provided by Tiffani Purdy, LLC. Refunds will not be issued unless specifically stated prior to purchase on the service product’s sales page.
